Integrations – systems that talk to each other
The same order is typed into the web shop, the accounting system and a spreadsheet. An integration moves the data automatically and reduces errors.
Common integrations
- Web shop and warehouse showing the same stock levels
- Orders and invoices to the accounting system
- Customer data between CRM, newsletter and support
- Import and export via API, CSV or Excel
Experience
- Integration of IBM Cognos BI with SugarCRM, including ETL and single sign-on (SSO)
- Sync between QuickBooks and SugarCRM
- Stock and price sync with a Magento web shop
- Payments by card, PayPal and Amazon Payments; text message verification and email sending
- Integration with external survey APIs (CINT, Pollfish) for 50,000+ users
- Mobile payments via MTN Mobile Money (Ghana)
How it works
We meet for 15 minutes in Örebro or remotely. You get a short proposal, and we start small. I stay on for support afterwards.

Frequently asked questions
Do we have to replace systems to integrate them?
Rarely. Most systems have an API or an export, so data can be moved between them automatically.
What if a system has no API?
Then import and export via CSV or Excel can often be automated instead.
